We are OBSESSED with quality and giving you only the best prints from our store!
Every print goes through a rigorous quality control check to ensure your satisfaction. If it fails our high standards then we reprint the model until it passes.
In our pursuit of excellence not only do we use a proprietary blend of resins for all of our products printed in resin. But we also print all miniatures at extremely high resolutions (0.02) to maximize details.
Our terrain is typically printed in PLA (plastic) and is done at very high resolutions compared to most other companies.
Our competitors typically print their terrain in PLA (plastic) at a low resolution of 0.2 to minimize their cost and and maximize their production, giving you those unsightly layer lines you hate even after you’ve primed and painted your terrain.
Dedicated to quality, we take the time to print every piece at a beautiful 0.08 high resolution to minimize visible layer lines and for maximum detail and excellency. However, as with all 3D Printed items, item may have small imperfections and/or print lines. All 3D Printed items may require sanding and we highly recommend priming prior to painting.
What Scale Are The Minis At?
Unless otherwise noted, all of our prints are printed at the scale given to us by the designer. This is typically done at a range of 25mm-32mm with the majority being scaled at and for 28mm gaming.
We’ve done our best to show scale in our product photos. However if you’re still unsure of the scale of the item you want, just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get you a precise measurement of the model.
Will It Come Assembled?
No. While the majority of the models in our catalog are printed in one single piece, there are a number of our products that require assembly.
These are typically the larger models. However, you should be able to tell if a model requires assembly by looking at the various pictures provided in the listing.
Will It Come Pre-Painted?
No, models do not come pre-painted. However, we do offer pro-painting services for an additional fee.
If it wasn’t offered to you before checkout and you’d like to have your minis painted, please reach out to us asap at email@example.com
